The Barn Pavilion Rental
Located in the heart of downtown White Stone, The Barn at The Old Farm Truck Market is a covered, open-air pavilion designed for casual, community-friendly events. Open for private rental soon, this dog-friendly venue accommodates up to 150 guests and includes WiFi, ceiling fans, connected speakers, seating, dedicated circuits to power all your needs, and ample parking — making setup simple and events comfortable for guests.
Perfect for birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, pop-up markets, showers, community gatherings, workshops, business events, and more, The Barn offers a convenient all-in-one rental space right in the center of town. Outside vendors and catering are welcome, and alcohol is permitted.
Rental Pricing & Availability
$200 per 6 hour slot + $25 management fee
Monday–Saturday: 3 PM – 9 PM
Sunday: 9 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 9 PM
Full-day Sunday rentals available by booking both slots
