Spring is finally here and we couldn’t be more excited! The local produce we have to offer in the market increases every week as these temperatures stay consistently warm. Asparagus is starting to trickle in, and the beginning of strawberry picking season has just begun! We have an abundant amount of fresh salad greens, including spinach, arugula, romaine and Asian greens, along with radishes, salad turnips, swiss chard, collard greens, fresh onion bulbs, green onions and fresh herbs like cilantro and parsley!
